The Novel Eatery
The Novel Eatery is a concept for a new dining experience, which incorporates food from famous novels.
All the dishes from the restaurant are compiled in the novel book, which becomes an extended menu.
Visitors to the restaurant can then do further reading about the dish they have chosen, with a blurb of the novel, an article about it and the extract and descriptor of the dish itself.
